What’s New with WordPress?
The latest update of WordPress is a major release offering a cleaner UI, clearer navigation, easier tabbing, more speed, and a lot of other improvements. WordPress 5.4 improves the Gutenberg Editor block editors with new blocks, more features, more options.
WP 5.4 update includes:

- An updated Button component
- Block Collections
- Fullscreen mode enabled by default in the editor
- Block Editor Keyboard Shortcuts
- General Block Editor API Updates
- New: the block variations API
- New gradient theme APIs
- Markup and style-related changes
- New @wordpress/create-block package for block scaffolding
