Marin County has a new open space with a priceless view. The October 26, 2024 ribbon cutting of the Martha Property on the ridge above Tiburon was well attended. For over a decade, Kahl Consultants has been working as a webmaster and marketing consultant for the Tiburon Open Space Committee. Together with Marin County Open Space and Trust for Public Land, they celebrated the permanent protection of this breathtaking piece of land overlooking the Bay.
A 110-acre parcel in the hills above Tiburon sometimes called the Martha property, it has been added to Old St. Hilary’s Preserve open space. Formerly under private ownership, it is now public land for all to enjoy. We invite you to visit for a hike with your dog, soak in the view, and learn about the endangered wildlife habitat and ecological significance. A true testament to what collaborative effort can do to ensure this unique biodiversity is here for future generations. We are deeply grateful to everyone who made this possible! In 1996, he founded Kahl Consultants, a solar-powered, certified green agency providing eco-friendly web development and digital marketing services to small businesses and nonprofits. Beyond his professional work, he is a dedicated community leader in Marin County who organizes the monthly Marin Green Drinks mixer and volunteers for local environmental restoration projects.
